One to one training in a friendly all inclusive gym environment.
If you're like me, used to think gyms were an intimidating place too, but they are far from it!
I will tailor your training to meet your specific individual fitness goals.
I can provide a plan for you to follow outside of our sessions, should you wish to.
I will show you, observe & coach you to carry out each movement correctly, using a variety of techniques whilst checking your form & posture throughout.
I will provide challenge, motivation & we will have fun along the way.

If you've seen my home page, you'll know I came from a banking background but I have always had a passion for health & fitness.
I'm not going to lie, I've had times where I've gone off the boil, but hey that's life.
I only seriously got started in the gym at the back end of 2019 when I decided to change direction, re-train & become self employed.
In that time I've also had periods when i didn't train & consequently didn't feel good about myself.
But now at the time of writing almost 5 years on & approaching 54, I'm the fittest, strongest, most confident I've been in my own skin.
I'd love to help you feel this way too.
