            Vegan Banana Chocolate Mousse
        
        
            This is a great one even if you're not following a plant-based diet - makes 4 small portions (but quite rich, so one portion is enough!)
Plus it's really simple & quick to make!

    Ingredients:
    
    3 ripe bananas about 300g peeled weight
    
    150ml Oat Cream
    
    0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
    
    75ml maple syrup
    
    150g cocoa powder
    
    Garnish with berries of your choice
    
    Method
    
    Blend the bananas, oat cream, cinnamon & maple syrup in a blender until smooth
    
    Add the cocoa powder & blitz again until smooth ( note - it will be uber thick!)
    
    Transfer to your serving glasses & chill for at least 30 minutes
