Baked Mince Pie Oats!

Check out this delicious festive mince pie oats recipe. Even if you're like me & not a lover of mince pies, this is delish!

It's so lovely when clients become inspired & search out new recipes.  So here's one that was shared with me a couple of years ago now but still going strong! Even if you're like me & not a lover of mince pies, this one is a must! It won't disappoint!

Ingredients:

  1. 40g porridge oats
  2.  1 egg
  3. 100g 0% natural Greek yoghurt
  4. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  5.  40g sweet jarred mincemeat
  6. Frylight to grease dish

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 180 degree Fan

Into a bowl add the oats, egg, baking powder & yoghurt, mix to combine

Grease a small oven proof dish

Spoon mincemeat into the dish & spread evenly 

Top the mincemeat with the oat mixture

Bake for circa 30 minutes or until golden brown & test with a skewer - it should come out clean

Serve warm with a dollop of 0% Greek yoghurt & enjoy & let me know what you think!
