Fed up with Yo-Yo dieting? Looking for Consistency? Read on!
Yo-yo dieting also known as "weight cycling" describes the pattern of losing weight, regaining weight (plus sometimes more) & then dieting again.
“Research suggests that at least one in three "dieters" end up heavier than before they started.

Research suggests that at least one in three "dieters" end up heavier than before they started.
Does this sound like you or someone you know?
Well, before we look at how we can prevent this, take a look at just some of the reasons why it's not good for our health.
1) Higher Body Fat Percentage - Many studies show yo-yo dieting leads to a higher body fat percentage. This can lead to other changes that make it harder to lose weight.
2) It Can Lead to Muscle Loss - Weight loss can lead to muscle loss & this can deplete your muscle mass over yo -yo dieting cycles.
3) Weight Gain Leads to Fatty Liver & Risk of Heart Disease - The risk for both potentially increases with weight gain & fluctuating weight.
4) An Increased Risk of Diabetes - The risk of diabetes -can be greater risk for those that end up heavier then before they started their "diet."
So, are you ready to change?
Consistency is the key both to our diet (the food & fluids we choose to consume) together with regular exercise.
And that's exactly what I teach, guide & coach my clients to achieve.
All my Nutrition clients who have been working with me for at least 8 weeks, have ALL achieved fantastic results! This is purely down to working with them on changes to their diet.
Month on month their weight loss is consistent, there is none of this losing 3 pounds, gaining 2 pounds scenarios, which many of you may have experienced before when attending slimming clubs & using online programmes - it's about being healthy, not excluding food groups or restriction - it's simply being CONSISTENT.
