Air fryer Granola

A lovely simple, healthy , nutritious granola recipe which can be made with or without an air fryer

This is such a great tasting granola, using almond butter for a great combination. And just 6 ingredients!!

Ingredients:

30g coconut oil

45g almond butter

`15g honey 

pinch salt

110g oats

40g mixed seeds

Method:

  1. Simply put the coconut oil, almond butter, salt & honey in an ovenproof dish  that fits your air fryer if using.
  2. Set air fryer to 180 degrees for 10 minutes to melt ingredients.
  3. Once ingredients are melted, stir in your oats & seeds until coated.
  4. Pop dish back in oven or air fryer & continue to cook for a further 10 minutes, stirring reguarly.
  5. Remove from air fryer/oven allow to cool & place in an airtight container.
  6. Enjoy coupled with some Greek yoghurt & a few berries!

Nutrition:

I stretched mine out to 4 servings, put you may want to reduce to 3 servings.
