Ingredients:
30g coconut oil
45g almond butter
`15g honey
pinch salt
110g oats
40g mixed seeds
Method:
- Simply put the coconut oil, almond butter, salt & honey in an ovenproof dish that fits your air fryer if using.
- Set air fryer to 180 degrees for 10 minutes to melt ingredients.
- Once ingredients are melted, stir in your oats & seeds until coated.
- Pop dish back in oven or air fryer & continue to cook for a further 10 minutes, stirring reguarly.
- Remove from air fryer/oven allow to cool & place in an airtight container.
- Enjoy coupled with some Greek yoghurt & a few berries!

I stretched mine out to 4 servings, put you may want to reduce to 3 servings.
